Power in the Vision Board

Vision Boards are very powerful as they are “in your face” every day and they remind you of your goals, dreams and what you want to do and where you want to go in the year.

Do you have a Vision Board? If so, what’s on it? – I’d LOVE to see them so post your pics of YOUR Vision Board on my FB page >click here< I will comment on EVERY single one.

You don’t have to spend a lot of money on creating your Vision Board and you don’t have to have an art degree or a Blue Peter badge either (although you can say, when completed, “Here’s one I made earlier”.) If you don’t know what I’m on about then you’re too young or have never heard of Blue Peter – that’s okay, you can do a search online.

My Vision Board is a white board with images and words printed from my laptop and stuck on with cellotape. I want to tell you that when I write this it’s January 2016 and 1/3 of my board is set in motion already, either paid for, part-paid for or organised and scheduled in my planner.

It makes me smile!

I am a very visual person and have my Vision Board and I also have pics on my phone, homescreen on my laptop, ipad and around my home. Images are also stuck in my planner for each month.

If you want to create a Vision Board that you can access online on your phone or laptop I highly recommend creating a Secret Board on Pinterest for your Vision Board and adding “pins” to it. No-one can view it unless you give them access.

Goals are very high on my agenda and always have been. It’s very rare that I don’t follow through and complete my goals. The Vision Board helps with that as every day my mind, eye and focus is drawn to the Vision Board, the images and words and over time it slowly sinks in.

I also make it my own personal mission to go above and beyond and make those goals come true that are on my board. When complete I don’t take them off the board – I print off a red tick and stick that on top of the goal.

That way, I can see what I’ve achieved and accomplished off the board. It really inspires and motivates me every day.

You can too!

If you don’t know what to put on your Vision Board I have a few suggestions:-

  • Holidays

  • Days out

  • Concerts

  • Car

  • Home

  • Family

  • Children

  • Money

  • Books to read

  • Films to see

  • Date Nights

  • Savings you want

  • Items you want to buy

  • There are many more…

Come on over onto my FB page > Click here< and upload your pics of your Vision Boards onto my page. I’d love to see them. I will comment on every single one.

Enjoy and have fun!

Best wishes,
