Network Marketing

Are you in Network Marketing? Have you heard of it before or know anything about it? And, I don’t mean the negative stuff you may have heard off other people saying how it doesn’t work etc.

I wanted to write a blog post about how it DOES work – if YOU work at it. It can bring you life-changing experiences and there are so many Network Marketing companies out there to choose from that you have to find one or two that align with you, and who you are and what you love to do.

The first thing I wanted to share is that when you join Network Marketing you can’t make a sale straight away, out of the gate, by posting something on social media – your customers aren’t going to run at you like in the Black Friday sales and hound you for everything. You HAVE to build momentum and consistency and be “top of mind” and work at that every day. It takes time and you have to be patient.

Next, you have to build relationships and rapport with your customers and potential customers so that you get to know them, what they need, want and also to build a substantial relationship with them that they may, and most likely will, become your friend. You are NOT just after their purse or wallet. You want to help them with whatever it is they want that your business or product can help them with. So, liking and commenting on their personal posts and being genuinely interested in them as a person is a must.

>> WORK ON YOUR MINDSET and read self-development books, listen to CD’s and do an hour every day to improve and better yourself <<

I also want to touch on the fact that you are accountable for your own success within the company – NOT your upline. It is down to you, and you alone to focus, time manage, work productively and throw everything you’ve got into the Network Marketing opportunity. It’s crazy over the years how many people I’ve heard blame the company or their upline when seriously, the catalogues are still sat in plastic and they’re watching television.

You’re not going to make money when you’re not showing people what you’re about and what you’re selling.Welcome to your blog post. Use this space to connect with your readers and potential customers in a way that’s current and interesting. Think of it as an ongoing conversation where you can share updates about business, trends, news, and more.

Take the time to build your franchise business – your network (it’s about people) and treat your Network Marketing business like a paid 9-5. You show up you get paid, you don’t show up you don’t.

Don’t chase the promotions, layers, statuses or colours within the company. Build solid and strong with firm foundations.

Always remember QUALITY OVER QUANTITY and people are NOT numbers – so treat them with respect.

Go above and beyond with your customer service and customer experience. Enjoy the journey. And, you'll have high retention within your team.

I think there’s a lot of potential for Network Marketing. You meet so many outstanding people along your journey and you grow as a person too. Lots of people are making it BIG in Network Marketing (all the positives) so it CAN and DOES work for many but you have to become a professional at it.

Lastly, I want to say it only works if you do. Create and keep momentum and consistency going and don’t forget to evaluate. If a concept isn’t working, trash it and try something else. Jump out of your comfort zone and believe in you.

I would love to hear your thoughts and what Network Marketing company are you involved in – please share a tip with me and my readers below in the comments.

Best wishes,

Rebecca.
